Soooooooo yummy! I was initially hesitant during my search for some good afro-carribean or latin food upon arrival in Syracuse. All I saw was American this, French fry that, or hamburger everything. I'm so glad that I found them. The staff was fabulous. The chef was not only handsome but very talented. It felt like being in Isla Verde again! Bravo!

Simple Puerto Rican restsurant. I got the empanadas, which are fried. Delicious! There were other hot dishes, pork, chicken, rice, beans, plantains.. I'm sure they were all good.
Food was absolutely amazing!! Puerto Rican cuisine at its finest! Recommended
Great food! Lived in New York City for a while and got a taste of all sorts of different Hispanic food. Let me tell you, Dan Juans spot on with it, genuine and delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by.
Me and my family LOVE the food here! Our family favorite is the pork shoulder with yellow rice and beans! The flavors are on point and remind my husband of his sisters cooking! We go here every Friday! The costumer service is a 10/10, food is 10/10, and the atmosphere is definitely a 10/10 as well! We will keep going here every Friday, and highly recommend to all of our co-workers, family, and friends/neighbors!
Hours are NOT accurate on Google, but the food is delicious. I was so excited to go here after work, but they were closing up when I got there even tho according to the hours posted online, they were supposed to be open for another hour. They still had the open sign on, too. Definitely still going to eat here all the time for lunch, just sad bc I was really hungry after work and looking forward to eating here for dinner :’(
